My goal is to provide a safe, and judgment-free space where we work collaboratively on topics related to life transitions, stress, coping mechanisms, self-doubt, and relationship issues. I believe that people have the innate desire to improve their lives, but sometimes stumble on their path towards wellness.
I specialize in working with adults who are seeking help managing their anxiety, depression, and overcoming the lasting effects of childhood trauma. I also enjoy facilitating group therapy, couples therapy, and helping clients work through difficult family dynamics.
