Welcome, it took a lot of courage to make it to this point. I imagine your journey has had fluctuating ups and downs, and now you’re seeking support to sort through some of life’s challenges. Sometimes it can feel daunting trying to move forward in life when you feel like you’re getting in your own way; or maybe life has dealt you cards that are difficult to navigate and cope with. I want you to know there is hope and healing available for you.
I believe that having control of your journey is most important, therefore, I use an individualized, humanistic, solution-focused, and eclectic approach. I will walk alongside you and provide the safe space needed to explore your healing journey and then provide the guidance and support to fulfill any changes you want to make in an empowering way. I do this by incorporating a variety of therapeutic modalities that work well for you while using a trauma-informed lens.
The work inside therapy sessions is just as important as the work done outside of therapy. I encourage clients to complete homework and incorporate skills that are learned in sessions in your everyday life. You are more than capable of growing and healing; I would love the opportunity to witness your transformative journey with you.
