Description

It took a lot of courage for you to make it to this point. I imagine your journey has had fluctuating ups and downs, and now you’re seeking support to get through life’s challenges. Sometimes it can feel daunting to try and move forward in life when you feel stuck, whether it be due to the cards life has dealt you or even sometimes getting in your own way.

I believe that having control of your journey is most important, therefore, I use an individualized and humanistic approach. I combine embodiment techniques such as somatic experiencing with attachment work and psychodynamics to better help you understand your subconscious emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. I also consider the intersectionalities of environment, gender, race, etc. while doing so with a trauma-informed lens. Holistic care is a priority in my practice, therefore, I collaborate with community practitioners who can aid in your care in addition to therapy such as Reiki, acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, yoga, etc. I will walk alongside you and provide the safe space needed to explore your healing journey and then provide the guidance and support to fulfill any changes you want to make in an empowering way.
