Description
It took a lot of courage for you to make it to this point. I imagine your journey has had fluctuating ups and downs, and now you’re seeking support to get through life’s challenges. Sometimes it can feel daunting to try and move forward in life when you feel stuck, whether it be due to the cards life has dealt you or even sometimes getting in your own way.
I use an individualized approach and combine embodiment techniques with parts work and psychodynamics to better help you gain insight into yourself and release unhelpful narratives, beliefs and stuck emotions. I also consider the intersectionalities of identities while doing so with a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens.
I will walk alongside you and provide the safe space needed to explore your healing journey and then provide the guidance and support to fulfill any changes you want to make in an empowering way. If interested in a non-talk therapy approach, EMDR is available via telehealth.
