Counseling can be a wonderful resource in speaking to someone who supports you and is unbiased in their feedback and suggestions. The purpose of counseling is not just to feel good when you leave, but to feel as though you have the insight and tools you need to improve your life. I will help you do just that.
I use EMDR, expressive arts, motivational interviewing, CBT, Trauma Focused CBT, and DBT. I am knowledgeable about the impact of trauma, and the special needs of those who have experienced trauma.
