Making the decision to engage in therapy can be a difficult one. Many times stressful life events lead us to seeking help. My goal is to help you acquire the skills you need to create the life you want, even in the midst of crisis.

My goal is to work collaboratively with my clients to create a safe environment to aid in evoking vulnerability & accountability. Together we will create goals that fit your life, learn skills to help regulate difficult emotions, and learn effective communicate skills to help maintain healthy and meaningful relationships.
