With the many ups and downs of life, we may often feel alone and seeking help can be difficult. Reaching out for support can be one of the most loving actions that we can do for ourselves. We often don’t get many spaces to just focus on our own personal self improvements. As an African American Woman, I also understand the importance of having a space where you don't have to explain your experience or carry it alone. Therapy creates a supportive environment that helps you focus on your challenges, goals, and aspirations. I work with individuals navigating stress, boundaries, identity, healing from family or generational patterns and etc. I believe everyone has the ability to spark positive changes. My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally affirming — blending practical coping tools with deep self-exploration. I believe therapy should empower you to show up as your full self and create a life that feels balanced, authentic, and free.
