How many times have you thought “I am going to focus on me”, and then easily got sidetracked and shifted your priorities to something other than you? Even “I don’t know what else to do”, or “I’m going to lose it if…..”?
Often, we spend time caring for any and everything around us, and it’s easy to forget that you also deserve to be prioritized. My goal is to remind you that it’s ok to be ready to start your journey to your healing and wellness, and overcome the trauma, stress, work frustrations, sadness, and anxiety that creeps into our thoughts and ultimately, our daily lives.
As your therapist my goal is to help motivate and empower you to put yourself first, and prioritize overcoming your daily stressors, worries and negative thoughts. That list of things that you want to overcome is where we start. My specialties include working with adults, especially women, and helping you learn to navigate the day-to-day things that come up and at times, weigh you down. In my approach, I ensure a place that you can feel safe, comfortable, and go at a pace that works for you.
