A passionately driven and a person-centered therapist, I believe in the healing that comes with good rapport, genuine support, and therapeutic interventions.
Located in Birmingham (Hoover), AL, I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, with additional experience in working with those who struggle with substance use disorder (SUD).
Breaking the stigma surrounding mental health in my community is a goal I strive for continuously. It is my hope that I am able to bring about real change and healing with each client I encounter as we continue on the path therapeutic growth!
