I work with individuals and couples on a broad range of topics including relationship/family issues, depression, anxiety, life transitions, stress management, bereavement, parenting, and self-esteem. My role as a therapist is to guide you along your therapeutic journey to get you to the place you want to be. I utilize a blend of treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.
