Hi there, I'm Asha.

Do you feel overwhelmed with your life? Do you find yourself finding difficulty balancing your responsibilities? Are you experiencing scattered brain syndrome where you find yourself going in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your family, friendships, work and health? Is it hard to be compassionate to yourself?

My role as your therapist to be there for you serving you to perform at your optimal level. I help high performers and professionals manage anxiety, depression, avoid compassion fatigue and burnout. We are a team; we work together to identify what's preventing you from finding balance in your life. Then, we'll use a holistic approach to address your needs. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use solution focused approach addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I also integrate CBT, DBT, person-centered, and motivational interviewing to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself and provide you with the tools to move forward with your life.

Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, depression, anxiety, relationship issues or cycles of trauma, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can be intimidating, but I am honored to help ease you in the process. You are making the right choice by seeking help. With me, you will have the safe-space to be your vulnerable self to heal and grow. I will also be using SMART goals to help you achieve your goals in a compassionate manner.
