We’re all going through something and sometimes the journey to finding your voice and purpose comes from your most painful life experiences. The key to successfully navigating these transitions is retaining your confidence and self-esteem. We recognize when we’re moving through these transitions, so how do we hold on to our individual self, stay strong and trust in the process as life continues to happen? Well, my practice focuses on helping people through these transitions which includes identifying their voice, building the courage to advocate for themselves, and/or crafting strategies to strengthen their relationships/career. I consider myself a “wounded healer”, meaning many of the areas I have experience working in are because I have experience living in them. So, there is no judgement as you share your current season of life. In fact, I believe the answers to most emotional distress and life transitions lies within the individual; I am just here to help with your insight, awareness, and support in pushing through hardships.
