I have a passion for working with clients who struggle with addiction and their families. I have a special focus on the adult children of addicts. Another passion is working with people through negative cycles and life transitions. My goal in counseling is to walk with each client to get to the heart of what brings them through my door. I believe that with support and empowerment, individuals can live fulfilling and healthy lives.
I specialize in working with clients regarding sex/porn addiction, with a special focus on adult children of addicts. Also I'm trained in brainspotting, which is helpful for processing trauma. Other areas of experience are depression, PTSD, anxiety, substance abuse, marriage, African American women, personal growth, life transitions, & shame resilience.

I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and PPO. I also have self-pay options available.
