I get it... It's hard out here. In a world that demands more than it gives, it is imperative that one develops their voice to speak their truth and find their way to liberation and connection. It may feel impossible to find stability and security not only within your environment but also within yourself. As a clinician, my goal is to support you as you find empowerment, enact self-compassion, expand self- awareness, restore and improve relationships with self and others, and find inner security using an interpersonal/relational approach, psychotherapy, and psycho-education.
In order to nurture the growth process, I do not assume that I know about you. I leave space for you to inform me on who you are and how you identify. In collaboration with your goals, I want to help you discover your true worth, accept the past, and finally move forward with the courage to empower and strengthen yourself in your wellness journey.
My academic career helped develop structure for my work as a therapist. However, my life experiences made me a better therapist. There is nothing more fulfilling to me as a professional than to observe the growth in those I accompany on this journey. Fees: $150 - 50 minutes
I am considered an "out of network" provider and can provide a "superbill" for insurance reimbursement.
