I get it... It's hard out here. In a world that demands more than it gives, it is imperative that one develops their voice to speak their truth and find their way to liberation and connection. It may feel impossible to find stability and security not only within your environment but also within yourself. As a clinician, my goal is to support you as you find empowerment, enact self-compassion, expand self- awareness, restore and improve relationships with self and others, and find inner security using an interpersonal/relational approach, psychotherapy, psycho-education. EMDR, and holistic interventions.
I provide space for Black, Indigenous, POC, and Queer folx to reconnect to the self by offering a nurturing, trauma informed, supportive space to foster curiosity about core beliefs, engage in productive self-reflection to deepen self-understanding, cultivate accountability, and activate the mind-body-spirit connection through somatic and holistic methods
In order to nurture the growth process, I do not assume that I know about you. I leave space for you to inform me on who you are and how you identify. In collaboration with your goals, I want to help you discover your true worth, accept the past, and finally move forward with the courage to empower and strengthen yourself in your wellness journey.
Fees: $175 - 50 minutes
For insurance providers that I am not paneled with, I am considered an "out of network" provider and can provide a "superbill" for insurance reimbursement.
