"What is the point of screaming underwater if no one can hear you! It is easy to become overwhelmed and feel that you are drowning. Our trials and tribulations can be so daunting that it can feel like we are all alone. If I am speaking to you, just know that you are not alone, and relief could be around the corner. Acknowledgement is the first step to change and I hope to assist you on your journey to accomplishing your goals."
