Description
I am a Florida native who moved to South Carolina to escape the year round heat and experience seasons. I studied Community Health and Health Education at the University of North Florida, which led me to work within the corporate wellness industry. Recognizing the connection between physical health and mental health I transitioned to a career in counseling. I obtained my Masters in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. I presently hold a licensure status of Licensed Professional Counselor Associate
I work with adults through individual, couple and group counseling using treatment modalities in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused. My work includes counseling anxiety disorders, depression, life adjustments, grief and loss, postpartum, infertility, divorce and relationship problems.
It is my passion to meet my clients where they are at, helping them achieve their goals by guiding them to greater insight, awareness and compassion for how their experiences and environment are impacting them.
