I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who enjoys working with women to assist them on their journey toward change and growth. I have experience in the areas of anxiety, depression, marital conflict, marital enhancement, conflict resolution, life transitions (break-ups, career, transitioning from high school to college, etc.), Self-Esteem/Empowerment/Self-Care, stress-management and trauma.
