Description
"When we speak we are afraid our words will not be heard or welcomed. But when we are silent, we are still afraid. So it is better to speak." - Audre Lorde
I provide a culturally competent and trauma informed approach to help individuals enhance their overall wellbeing. I place a strong emphasis on co-creating an environment where clients feel safe, supported and challenged to become the best versions of themselves in a world that can feel isolating.
My primary areas of experience includes depression and anxiety disorders, life transitions, trauma, identity development, LGBTQ issues, women's issues including maternal mental health such as perinatal mood and anxiety, grief, loss, and infertility.
Therapy is an investment into your own well-being. It would be my pleasure to discuss with you your decision to pursue therapy and your goals.
