Life can come at you fast and sometimes it gets hard to slow down to really understand and feel what's happening without feeling like you're going to drown. Here is where I can help!

Life can be difficult and complex at times, but working together, you can develop deeper insight into your lived experiences and gain transformative awareness that leads to the healing you deserve. I have experience working with people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, identity issues, grief and loss, and trauma. I also work with adults, adolescents, couples, parents, and families. I help couples rebuild lost connections and mend relationship wounds through Emotionally Focused Therapy.
I'll meet you where you are with full acceptance and appreciation for your whole personhood. You don't have to look at the whole staircase; we will take it one step at a time toward your desired wellbeing.
