I imagine you’re here because you’re feeling ready for some positive changes in your life. That's great news because it’s never too late to learn new coping skills, make healthier connections, and handle life’s stressors with more confidence and ease. I can work with you to identify, understand, and start reworking ineffective patterns from the past and build new ones that will improve your quality of life.

My professional experience includes many years of working in mental health services, social work, family services, and the criminal justice system. I also was a first responder and worked in the emergency room as a medical social worker. I deeply understand the demands and dynamics of caring for others, especially during a pandemic.

With my informed support, you'll learn to respond more effectively to the stressful situations that confront you day to day. I have the experience, knowledge, and training to help you tackle a wide range of difficult issues, and I have expertise in women’s issues, postpartum challenges, anxiety/depression, relationship conflict, career/life transitions, and low self-esteem. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and mother who juggles work, life, and family, I certainly understand the difficulties of trying to find balance. My therapeutic approach is strength-based, solutions-focused, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

During these unprecedented times, we’re all feeling overwhelmed and anxious. I can support you toward feeling better and providing you with real-life therapeutic tools you need to return to a sense of normalcy. Change is rarely easy or comfortable, and I'll be here to walk with you along your journey toward personal growth and healing.
