I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Illinois and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I received my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University Chicago and my bachelor’s degree in Behavior Social Sciences from East West University in Chicago.
Life is complex and so are we. We are faced with grief, trauma, and expectations of ourselves and others on top of being born into situations we have little to no control over. The suffering can end here! Take the next step and we can work through the rest together!
I have over ten years of experience working in community mental health, secured residential, and addictions. I specialize in working with individuals in various areas including emotional distress, trauma, and addiction. Life, due to its complexity, has pain and stress. Unknowingly we add to this by not fully understanding ourselves and how our emotions and thoughts about life experiences can lead to suffering.
