Through a variety of therapeutic approaches, I can help you with depression, anxiety, parenting, pre-marital and marital challenges as well as many other life challenges. Perhaps you're feeling stuck or are faced with a life altering decision. Let's talk about it and work through it. I am very empathetic, but I will also challenge you as appropriate to aid you in your growth and insights. After all, I want you to emerge as your best possible self.
I do not accept insurance. However, if you have out-of-network benefits, I can offer you a receipt to submit to your insurance company for any reimbursement they may offer. My fee is $150 for a 45 minute, individual session and $200 for a 60 minute or couples session. Group session prices vary based on number of participants.
