Description
In my 15 years of experience of treating clients, I have learned that change does not come over night. If we were to be honest with ourselves, most of us are at some degree, a little uncomfortable with change. I understand the challenges associated with change. Often, we must weigh the benefit to risk ratio when assessing our lives to determine what is best. Making the behavioral and emotional change in our lives that lead us to healthier versions of ourselves is easier said than done! I am dedicated to helping others to make the transitional changes that lead them to healthier versions of themselves.
My training in grief, anger, trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and mood instability has allowed me to become a more well-rounded, thorough professional counselor. I utilize evidence-based models and techniques to help my clients manage stressors, angst, and other symptomatic conditions that may be dealing with.
I feel very comfortable working with all ages, genders, backgrounds, and orientations. I treat individual, as well as couples and families. I feel that I can help restore stability and balance in your life if you are in need. Please feel free to call or email me with questions that you may have.
