My goal is to empower my clients to live their best lives. I want to help you work on your mental health so that you can achieve the goals you have identified for yourself. I am the type of therapist that believes that we are our own experts of our experience. I believe it is my role as a therapist to provide a safe space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, actions in a non judgemental way. It is through this exploration that I will help you gain understanding of how to change your unhelpful actions.
As a therapist,I have had the ability to work with various mental health issues. I have been trained and have experience with working with the following mental health issues; mood disorders, family therapy, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders and Autism Spectrum disorders.
