Description

You feel stuck and having tried everything you feel as though nothing seems to be working. You have reached out to family and friends and they were just too busy to listen to your concerns or you felt that they were just too judgmental. You find yourself too much alone too much of the time. You're in a relationship and you feel that your partner does not really understand you Or, you have recently ended a relationship and find that you have lost your sense of purpose. You spend most days sad, anxious, fearful, or consumed with self-doubt. You're easily frustrated, you just don’t fit in - and you want to.

As a therapist, I help others become the best that is within them. I believe that recovery is a journey and I find purpose in helping others to realize their full potential in spite of difficult times. My clients are often seeking help with depression, anxiety, anger management, ADHD, relationship issues, life transitions, couples counseling, confidence building, self-esteem, Women’s issues, Disability Awareness, and cultural identity issues.
Interventions include: a personal and interactive approach, along with solution-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy, DBT, and mindfulness. Using these helping tools, I help clients rebuild their lives by identifying and tapping into sources of inner strength. This process of self-discovery and self-care often leads to wholeness in mind, body, and spirit.
