I offer individual therapy, premarital counseling, and couples counseling. My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each client, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Reality Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and faith-integrated counseling when desired.
