As a mental health professional, I work with those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, anger, stress, self-esteem, and phase of life issues. By encouraging self-awareness and reflection, I’ll help you create better coping skills, healthier behaviors, and more productive patterns of thinking. I use an eclectic approach when working with my clients, which allows me to cater my techniques for each individual client. I provide a nonjudgmental, safe space where you will feel accepted and understood. My empathic style allows me to validate your feelings and experiences, helping you to be seen and heard. I want you to feel comfortable enough to share your stories with me, to express yourself authentically, and to trust me with your feelings.
I believe in allowing people to show up as their true, authentic selves. Growth happens when we embrace all of who we are. I’m passionate about seeing people healthy and whole in every area of their lives, and firmly believe anyone can change if given the proper tools. Change and healing is a process that happens over time, but with commitment and the right support, can be accomplished.
