We are all made-up puzzle pieces. Our life experiences whether good or bad help to further shape those puzzle pieces. People have been taught to keep moving through life despite the stings they may have experienced. We cover up our hurts and stings. One day we realized how scarred and wounded we have become through years of unresolved hurts and traumas. It is one of my life missions to help people heal from those traumas. Therapy can help you reframe those experiences and see how all adversities have a purpose for your future self.
