Description
I am a licensed professional counselor currently providing care in-person and virtually. I help busy moms manage the wonderful lives they've created. I work with anxious and stressed teens and young professionals to help them better navigate the many transitions during these pivotal years. I also support women and men who need intervention to start families, or have chosen adoption. I come alongside clients who've experienced great traumas, narcissistic parents and/or partners, unfulfilled hopes and dreams, personal challenges with anxiety and depression to offer a supportive environment where clients are safe to explore how their past traumas and/or experiences are impacting their lives today in undesirable ways, and to help clients create a life of balance, peace, and clarity about the path forward.
