My mission is to support adults diagnosed with acute and chronic illnesses to find hope. An illness may have you questioning your ability to care for your children, continue working, or maintain a romantic relationship. The unknown can cause sleepless nights.

Through personal experiences and working closely with patients and their families facing unimaginable medical challenges, I have learned that they have untapped strength and resilience.
I also work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, isolation, poor self-esteem, marital conflict, and grief.
