Description
Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. I am a psychotherapist licensed in New York and Missouri with over 20 years of experience supporting high-achieving Black women and professionals navigating demanding careers, leadership roles, complex family dynamics, and major life transitions.
Many of my clients are outwardly successful yet privately carrying exhaustion, grief, responsibility overload, or the emotional toll of working and living in environments that require constant self-monitoring, resilience, and excellence. Therapy with me is a space where you do not have to perform, explain yourself, or hold everything together.
I offer a thoughtful, steady therapeutic environment that supports reflection, emotional clarity, and the restructuring of patterns shaped by chronic stress, trauma, and systemic pressure. My work is especially attuned to clients living with complex trauma, burnout, identity strain, and the long-term impact of navigating biased or marginalized spaces.
My approach is informed by over two decades in leadership roles across the public and private sectors, as well as seven years in private practice. I have supported thousands of clients — some in focused, short-term work, and others in longer-term therapy as an act of radical self-care, restoration, and grounding.
I’m here to meet you with respect, steadiness, and care. You don’t have to be strong here. You only need to take the first step when you’re ready.
