Description

Do you run into problems with your relationships? Has your partner lied to you or betrayed you? Do you feel compelled to check your partner's phone? Do you often think of what could have been with your ex? Has past trauma impacted the way you view current relationships? I want to help you figure out strategies to help you work through these concerns and improve your life.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I obtained my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Counseling from Eastern University in St. Davids, PA. I specifically work well with individuals healing from toxic romantic relationships. I focus on helping individuals identify unhealthy behaviors, set boundaries and regain a sense of self after experiencing dysfunctional relationships. I also work with couples who are trying to find peace within their relationships/marriages.

I enjoy working with adults who are coping with career concerns, grief or loss, depression, anxiety and major life transitions. My preferred therapy modalities include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy strategies with Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness/Meditation, psycho-education from the Gottman Institute, and upon request, Biblical/Christian focused therapy.

I engage my clients with a non-judgmental, collaborative and strengths-based approach to assist them to reach life goals. I am an ally to the LGBTQIA community, and social justice community.
