In our hectic and fast-paced lives it is rare that we stop to take a moment for ourselves. Oftentimes we minimize the challenges we have faced and the impact it can have on us mentally long-term. It helps to have someone who understands your stresses, empathizes with your experience, and can provide you with the tools to have peace of mind.
I have been in practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist for a decade. My specialties are: addressing self-care and self-love, managing anxiety and stress, processing trauma, serving the LGBTQ+ community, and improving communication in relationships.
Because I do not believe in “one size fits all” when it comes to therapy, I feel every client is deserving of an approach that is best tailored to meet their needs. I am certified as an Adaptive Yoga Instructor and a Reiki Level II practitioner, which expands the ways I can aid my clients in their wellness journey.
