I specialize in perinatal and postpartum mental health, adjusting to life with a baby, miscarriage, grief and loss, parenting and relationship challenges.
My passion is helping women and their partners navigate through the imperfect experience from fertility to motherhood. Becoming a parent can be a beautiful, exciting and rewarding time. However, it can also come with a host of uncomfortable and emotionally overwhelming feelings. Therapy is one way to figure out what is going on with yourself and in your relationships to cause the situation you are facing.
Whether your current reality is receiving fertility treatments or if you are experiencing depression or anxiety during pregnancy or postpartum I am here to help you feel safe, supported and empowered during our time together.
My approach to therapy utilizes a holistic and integrative modalities by focusing on the mind, body, spiritual connection. I employ a variety of evidence-based techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems theory, mindfulness and breathwork, tailored to your individual needs and goals. I have completed training in maternal Mental Health and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMAD) and I am a certified yoga instructor.
My purpose here is to help you take your power back over your life and remember who you are. You have limitless potential within you and I am here to create a safe space for you where you can uncover the many layers of “self” through the lens of vulnerability, compassion and human connection.
