I specialize in perinatal and postpartum mental health, adjusting to life with a baby, miscarriage, grief and loss, parenting and relationship challenges.

My passion is helping women and their partners navigate through the imperfect experience from fertility to motherhood. Becoming a parent can be a beautiful, exciting and rewarding time. However, it can also come with a host of uncomfortable and emotionally overwhelming feelings. Therapy is one way to figure out what is going on with yourself and in your relationships to cause the situation you are facing.

Whether your current reality is receiving fertility treatments or if you are experiencing depression or anxiety during pregnancy or postpartum I am here to help you feel safe, supported and empowered during our time together.

My approach to therapy utilizes a holistic and integrative modalities by focusing on the mind, body, spiritual connection. I employ a variety of evidence-based techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems theory, mindfulness and breathwork, tailored to your individual needs and goals. I have completed training in maternal Mental Health and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMAD) and I am a certified yoga instructor.

My purpose here is to help you take your power back over your life and remember who you are. You have limitless potential within you and I am here to create a safe space for you where you can uncover the many layers of “self” through the lens of vulnerability, compassion and human connection.

Mommy Vibes
This group is for new moms with an infant or toddler, 6-24 months. Being a new mom is full of emotions Overwhelm often becomes baseline. Pause, take a dose of self-compassion, share your story, and hear others. Here, we speak honestly about the ups and downs of being a new mom.

Embracing Your Body
An 8-week workshop providing education and support to uncover the messages that have influenced your relationship with food, exercise and body. You will build the tools and skills to accept and trust your body while practicing intuitive eating and exercise. .

Grief & Loss Support Group
This group offers a supportive setting for women who are grieving the loss of an infant or young child. Members are provided education on grief, learn how to manage their symptoms of grief and are encouraged to shift their relationship to grief in order to better understand themselves and embrace the process of healing.

Sensual Movement
A course in sensual movement evokes the simple sense of feeling comfortable and at ease in your body.

Grit and Grace Group
This group is for pregnant or postpartum women with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. This group is for both pregnant and postpartum women and birthing parents who are feeling depressed or anxious, and for those who have a diagnosed perinatal mood or anxiety disorder, such as depression, anxiety, PTSD or OCD.

Restorative Yoga
During the long holds of restorative yoga your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It’s a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body. You will continue to focus on your breath throughout.

Nature Therapy
Relieving stress has emerged as an important issue to improve health and quality of life. Interest in nature-based therapy is increasing because having contact with nature can relieve stress with a positive psychophysiological effect. Sessions are designed to provide a natural space where you learn to acknowledge, track and center your body’s somatic awareness.

The Art of Self-Care
This workshop is designed for women who are ready for a 7-day transformative experience that will deepen your relationship and connection to the mind and body. Each day will start with a sunrise or daily meditation, followed by a women's circle with a focus on physical, mental and spiritual rejuvenation. You will finish the workshop with a sense of renewal and increased vitality.

Sex and Intimacy for Couples
This is an 8-week education-based group for couples wanting learn techniques to help them enrich their sex and intimacy. The format will guide you through intimacy skill-building tools in a series of interactive exercises designed to inspire healthy communication and deeper connection. Members will receive instruction via group activity and partner assignments to be completed on your own time in the privacy of your home.

Sacral Chakra Seminar
Struggling with painful periods, back pain, fertility issues, stiff hip flexors, lack of sexual desire, or lack of creativity? The Sacral Chakra Seminar is a restorative way to open and unblock the sacral chakra. This class will focus on opening the sacral chakra through hip based and lower body movements unleashing the sexual, fertile, creative and flexible energy of the sacral chakra, all while reducing pain and inflammation within the body.
