I specialize in perinatal and postpartum mental health, adjusting to life with a baby, miscarriage, grief and loss, parenting and relationship challenges.

My passion is helping women and their partners navigate through the imperfect experience from fertility to motherhood. Becoming a parent can be a beautiful, exciting and rewarding time. However, it can also come with a host of uncomfortable and emotionally overwhelming feelings. Therapy is one way to figure out what is going on with yourself and in your relationships to cause the situation you are facing.

Whether your current reality is receiving fertility treatments or if you are experiencing depression or anxiety during pregnancy or postpartum I am here to help you feel safe, supported and empowered during our time together.

My approach to therapy utilizes a holistic and integrative modalities by focusing on the mind, body, spiritual connection. I employ a variety of evidence-based techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems theory, mindfulness and breathwork, tailored to your individual needs and goals. I have completed training in maternal Mental Health and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMAD) and I am a certified yoga instructor.

My purpose here is to help you take your power back over your life and remember who you are. You have limitless potential within you and I am here to create a safe space for you where you can uncover the many layers of “self” through the lens of vulnerability, compassion and human connection.

Mommy Vibes
This group is for new moms with an infant or toddler, 6-24 months. Being a new mom is full of emotions ⁠— joy, fear, sadness, confusion, love, exhaustion. Overwhelm often becomes baseline. Pause, take a dose of self-compassion, share your story, and hear others. You are not alone. Here, we speak honestly about the ups and downs of being a new mom.

Embracing Your Body
An 8-week workshop providing education and support to uncover the messages that have influenced your relationship with food, exercise and body. You will build the tools and skills to accept and trust your body while practicing intuitive eating and exercise. Within this virtual small group setting, you will foster a community to support a lifestyle committed to body acceptance.

Grief & Loss Support Group
This group offers a supportive setting for women who are grieving the loss of an infant or young child. Members are provided education on grief, learn how to manage their symptoms of grief and are encouraged to shift their relationship to grief in order to better understand themselves and embrace the process of healing.

Sensual Movement
A course in sensual movement evokes the simple sense of feeling comfortable and at ease in your body. It can empower you to become more comfortable with self-expression and move you toward a deeper connection with your natural sensuality. Sensual movement produces substantive neurophysiological, psychological benefits including growth in confidence, reduction in stress, marked decrease in self-consciousness, improvements in a sense of autonomy and general ease.
