I help individuals develop coping skills to help with struggles against anxiety, depression, sexual orientation, and life transitions. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered, and some integrative therapeutic approaches to adolescents, adults, and seniors.
One of the core aspects that’s important for me within the therapeutic process is trust, and that trust consist of relational building between client and counselor. One size does not fit all and that applies to therapy as well.
