I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Texas and a Masters of Science in Counseling and Development from Texas Woman’s University. My passion for counseling is driven by my commitment to help people reach their full potential and my dedication to help others overcome life’s obstacles.
I have experience working with at risk youth, domestic violence victims, crisis intervention and individuals and families with a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, anger, grief and relationship building. I also have experience working with counseling and psycho-educational groups including self-esteem issues, addiction and relaxation.
I use an Adlerian perspective to determine all the facets of an individual’s life and implement eclectic techniques to cater to your needs.
