Group Therapy Details

I facilitate virtual DBT Skills groups for adults and adolescents. DBT Skills Training is designed to help those who experience strong emotions or behave in ways that are ineffective. Groups offer a safe environment in which group members are able to feel respected and valued and learn skills to move forward. If you need a DBT skills group and/or can benefit from some skill building in mindfulness, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance, this may be the group for you.
