Answering the call to serve the Lord as a counselor has been one of the greatest choices I’ve ever made. Whether I’m attending to a client in one of their darkest moments or celebrating a goal a client has achieved, I find so much fulfillment in the therapeutic process.

I am a two-time graduate of the University of Georgia. In 2021, I received my Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion. That was followed by my Master of Education in Professional Counseling. Both degrees have prepared me for this work by increasing my sense of empathy and my desire to help others grow into their full potential.

My clinical experience is rooted in treating many forms of trauma. I’ve counseled survivors of various types of abuse, sexual assault, and childhood trauma. With so much to overcome, treating trauma can be a large task, but I believe that everyone has the opportunity to heal through Christ and the help of others. I also enjoy working with adults ages 18-30 because these are some of the most formative years in one’s life. The balancing of work, school, children, spouse, and other responsibilities can cause a lot of stress. My passion is assisting adults in learning how to manage that stress through self-care and coping tools. In my free time, I enjoy crocheting while watching a great sitcom, going on nature walks, and visiting new cities with my husband.

Life can be so unpredictable and heavy at times. But when that load gets heavy and we call on our Lord, He can place people in our path to help us along our journey and thus bring glory to His name. I’d love to be that person for you.

Life is never smooth-sailing. Challenges come and go, and at some point in our lives, we get stuck, and it is as if we forget how to use the strengths we have known have helped us cope before. You might hesitate to ask for help and that’s alright.
