I am friendly, observant, honest, compassionate and kind, and I bring each of these to my counseling relationships. As an individual, I know what it's like to experience, loss, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. As a professional, I am skilled at helping people like you navigate these very normal but difficult parts of living.
I have a specialization in trauma-focused therapy, and I have been helping adolescents, adults and families in crisis for the last 9+ years. I have experience supporting people through their challenges with trauma, anxiety, family issues, and depression.
