Hey there! My name is Amarachi and I am the owner of Amarachi Therapy, LLC. My practice is focused on improving mental health outcomes for Black/POC professionals who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, and thoughts of suicide due to the effects of toxic workplace environments. I work to help my clients develop an understanding of the impact of structural racism on their work experiences, understand their mental health symptoms, and utilize evidence-based techniques to improve the quality of their lives. I’m passionate about seeing Black people make money & loving their jobs and careers!
My approach to therapy is holistic, person-centered, and strengths-based. I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices to create a tailored experience for each of my clients, grounding my approach in psychodynamic and cognitive/behavioral theories.
