I am acquainted with various cultures, which allows for me to appropriately connect with others and genuinely provide empathy and compassion throughout the therapeutic journey. Some of the most common interventions that I integrate into my practice includes Mindfulness, CBT, DBT, Motivational interviewing techniques, Client Centered Therapy, Attachment based behavioral therapy, as well as any additional techniques that will assist in addressing your presenting concerns.
