Life is filled with ups and downs. As a licensed mental health counselor, I enjoy helping people gain balance in their lives by assisting them with navigating through various life challenges in a nonjudgmental way. My goal is to empower you on your journey to overcome your challenges and live your best life.
I have had the honor of being a part of the healing process for many sexual trauma survivors for over 15 years. I have also been honored to assist parents and adolescence in gaining healthy relationships. My years of experiences have been in working with children and families in home, children of various ages at alternative school settings, and I have worked in both juvenile and adult correctional facilities for over 15 years.
I strive to ensure my clients feel supported, respected, and moving forward in a positive direction. I believe in therapy and that it works. I look forward to working with you. When you are ready I am here to help you take the next steps towards healing.
