"Amanda Gilchrist is a licensed professional counselor and specializes in depression, anxiety, life transitions and trauma; using a person-centered approach to tailor therapeutic interventions to the needs of each individual based on their identified goals.
Amanda pursued her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and has since worked in numerous roles within the public and private sector in South Carolina. These roles include but are not limited to policy management, trauma informed care, coordination of care among the elderly, primary/behavioral health care integration and crisis response services. Amanda’s passion for individuals’ mental well-being and pursuit of purpose has led her to private practice where she can support individuals on their journey to healing.
