At the same time, I’m not here to sugarcoat things. I’ll support you 100%, but I’ll also challenge you to look at your patterns, make connections, and take real steps toward change.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, and helping high-achievers who feel like they should have it all together but still struggle on the inside. My approach is rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which means you’ll not only gain insight but also learn practical skills to manage stress, regulate emotions, and improve relationships. Whether you prefer structured tools like worksheets or open conversations where we process as we go, I tailor sessions to fit you.
