Are you someone who has had trauma (Big T or Little t trauma) and want more insight into how you can better cultivate and maintain a relationship with yourself and others? I specialize in helping Black Women see their symptoms for what they are and helping them navigate exploration of self.

I enjoy working with Black Women who believe that change can happen and want to walk the journey to cultivate a life that is healthy. I am currently seeking my PHD in Psychology and look forward to advancing my knowledge in helping people handle the many facets that can feel like they are taking control of one's life. EMDR, DBT, CBT, ACT, and trauma trained therapist.
