Description
Thank you for visiting my online office. I am glad you stopped by. I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist in the state of California.
In the last 13 years, I have helped children, adolescents, adults and aging individuals. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia allowing me to help you explore sleep patterns that may be impacting your functioning.
I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Sonoma State University and my masters degree in Clinical Social Work from University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy and Practice.
In your individual therapy sessions with me, we can address your concerns: depression, anxiety, sleep challenges, relationship challenges, cognitive changes, burnout, caregiver burnout and life transitions. We will take a look at areas of your life that you want to move in a direction you desire and together we will create a plan to get you there.
Having ambivalence about starting therapy is common. However, I am a believer that you should not have to wait until there is a crisis to prioritize your mental health. With the right tools and interventions customized to your needs, healing is possible. I am committed to hold a safe and open space for you to navigate life’s experiences. Feel free to send me an email for a free initial consultation.
