Description
I enjoy creating space for all the parts of a person to be honored. My background as a storyteller has shaped how my conversations with clients are structured yet intuitive. My work experience as a director of social-emotional programming to providing 1:1 psychotherapy in private practice for almost a decade has allowed me to support individuals from an array of backgrounds. Most of all, learning how to re-parent my own innerchild after trauma has given me the compassion and insight to consistently help my clients change their lives.
I specialize in Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder that helps you reclaim your life. You won't just identify the problems in the past and grieve, you'll become the person you have needed for a long time. I work with adults who appear "high-functioning" on the outside but feel anxious, alone, emotionally disconnected, or burdened by old relational wounds on the inside. Many of my clients carry complicated mother relationships, chronic people-pleasing patterns, or simply a hunger for more than self-awareness and clarity—they want change.
In our first sessions, I begin by understanding what brought you to therapy right now. Together, we identify patterns, early relationships, formative experiences, and protective strategies that once made sense but may no longer serve you. My goal is to de-mystify what feels overwhelming. When we can name a pattern clearly, it not only loses some of its power, it gives us answers for how to undo that power as well. A typical session is conversational but intentional. I listen carefully — not just to what you say, but to themes and shifts. I value depth and exploration, and I am also structured and forward-moving. We explore how awareness can change behavior, relationships, and decision-making in real time.

My work blends deep listening with structure and momentum. I help people slow down enough to notice what’s actually happening inside them, while also supporting forward movement toward real change.
