I would love the opportunity to begin your personal journey of self discovery with you. I believe personal experiences shape who we are in various stages of our lifetime. At times, we are able to adapt, adjust and overcome changes, however there are times we need the assistance of a counselor. This is an area where I can assist, identifying goals, needs, issues and concerns such as life changes, anxiety, depression, grief etc. Together we can partner to utilize the tools and plans to achieve the goals we have established.
