Description

I am a trauma and resilience psychotherapist specializing in supporting immigrants, children of immigrants, and Black women who are ready to move beyond survival and into wholeness. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and culturally attuned, grounded in a deep understanding of the unique stressors faced by African immigrants and their descendants.

I use EMDR and other evidence-based practices, I help clients process complex trauma, reconnect with their truth, and reclaim their power. Whether you're navigating generational wounds, burnout, or a sense of disconnection, therapy with me offers a space to be fully seen, heard, and supported.

You don’t have to carry it all alone. If you’re ready to begin your healing journey and live a life rooted in clarity, resilience, and self-trust, I invite you to reach out.
