I want others to know that seeking and attending counseling doesn't represent a weakness rather it's a strength. Change is painful but nothing is as painful as being stuck somewhere you do not belong. My approach is individualized and tailored to the needs of each individual. The experience I’ve gained enables me to offer effective psychotherapy outpatient services to individuals, couples, and families. I am open to assisting any individual/families wanting to begin the process of changing.
